From elite American Saddlebreds to family-friendly Gypsy Vanners, we’ve created a farm where breeding, training, and teaching all come together in one purpose — raising horses and riders who thrive.
Our farm is based in Lexington, Kentucky, in the heart of horse country. Every detail — from our breeding program to our lesson horses — reflects our commitment to quality, integrity, and horsemanship.

Our Team
Kelli Crosby
Founder & CEO
Kelli Crosby is the visionary behind FoxCreek Farm. A lifelong horsewoman, Kelli’s passion for American Saddlebreds began in childhood and has guided her through every stage of building this premier facility.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and Management from the University of Kentucky, equipping her with both academic knowledge and practical expertise in horse care, breeding, and management. Beyond the equestrian world, Kelli is an accomplished entrepreneur. She co-founded and expanded a successful ATM and credit card processing company operating across four states.
Kelli’s hallmark traits — attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and uncompromising standards — are reflected in every aspect of FoxCreek Farm. Her dedication has transformed a lifelong love of horses into a facility that exemplifies professionalism, precision, and purpose.
Shawna Crosby
Founder & CFO
Shawna Crosby serves as the strategic force behind FoxCreek Farm’s operations. Known for her entrepreneurial spirit, Shawna has built diverse and thriving businesses across multiple industries. She co-owns the ATM and credit card company with Kelli, and she is also the founder of a successful cryptocurrency business.
Her leadership extends beyond business into community service — as the former President of Spay Our Strays, a Lexington-based nonprofit, Shawna demonstrated her ability to turn vision into impact.
While Shawna’s passion for horses developed later in life, it now matches Kelli’s in strength and dedication. Today, she combines her financial acumen, innovative outlook, and love for horses to ensure that FoxCreek Farm operates with sustainability, growth, and long-term excellence.
Cassadi Cotter
Digital Marketing Manager
Cassadi Cotter brings academic excellence, competitive drive, and a polished professional presence to her role as Marketing Manager at FoxCreek Farm. A 2025 graduate of East Tennessee State University, Cassadi earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing Management, graduating summa cum laude while maintaining a place on the Dean’s List every semester.
Though new to the equine industry, Cassadi has a strong background in athletics and team leadership. A lifelong athlete, she competed in multiple sports and was named First Team All-Conference in volleyball during her senior year of high school. Her sports background has instilled in her a deep sense of discipline, teamwork, and resilience — qualities she now applies to her professional career.
Cassadi is recognized for her maturity, professionalism, and eye for detail. Always well-spoken and put together, she is eager to bring her marketing expertise to the equestrian world. She looks forward to building connections within the Saddlebred and broader equestrian community, while showcasing FoxCreek Farm’s programs, horses, and values to a wider audience.
